Workshops

Drop-in & single-session bookings

Bookings are Final

All workshop registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. We cannot cancel, refund, or carry forward your slot to another date — your spot is reserved exclusively for you.

If We Cancel

In the rare event that a session is cancelled from our end, your refund will be processed the same day. Expect it to reflect in your account within 3–4 business days, depending on your bank.

Punctuality

Classes begin and end exactly as scheduled — please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Latecomers may not be accommodated to avoid disrupting the session.

Studio Shoes

Please bring a clean pair of studio/dance shoes to change into at the venue. This helps us maintain a clean, safe floor for everyone.

Respect the Space & Each Other

AYA is a space built on love, learning, and movement. Any form of harassment or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund. Let's keep it welcoming for all.

Regular Classes

Ongoing & subscription-based enrolments

Cancellations & Attendance

If you need to miss a class, please inform us at least 3 days in advance with a valid reason. Unannounced absences will be counted as attended. Bookings are non-transferable and classes cannot be carried forward to another date.

WhatsApp Group

You'll be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for class communication, schedule updates, and resource sharing. Please keep the group professional and on-topic.

If We Cancel

We will always inform you in advance if a class needs to be cancelled from our side. A make-up class will be arranged for all affected students.

Punctuality

Classes start and end on time. Arriving a few minutes early is always appreciated — it gives you time to warm up and settle in without disrupting the group.
